🚛 Shipping Policy – Wholesalers
Shipping Cost
All orders up to 2kg have a shipping cost of *$18,000* nationwide, through logistics operators such as **Coordinadora**, **Servientrega**, or **Interrapidísimo**. Orders over 2kg are quoted by weight. Local shipments (Cali) are sent by motorcycle courier at a cost of $12,000. All our shipments are insured against loss in transit.
Dispatch Times
- Orders confirmed and paid before 2:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) → Dispatched the same business day.
- Orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. or on weekends/holidays** → Dispatched the next business day.
- If for any reason a product is not immediately available, dispatch will be made within a maximum of 20 days, with prior notification to the wholesale client.
· Pickup at Cali office
Wholesalers can pick up their orders directly at our office in Cali, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., by appointment to coordinate schedules.
- Discreet Shipping
All packages are sent in *neutral packaging with no product references*, ensuring *privacy and security* during delivery. Items are packed with recycled paper, cardboard, or bubble wrap for maximum protection.
-Shipment Tracking
- All wholesale orders are dispatched with a **tracking number**.
- The tracking number will be sent via **WhatsApp** to the wholesale client.
- Tracking can be done directly on the carrier's website.
- Please note that the tracking number may take up to **12 hours to activate** after being scanned by the carrier.
Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time for orders is **1 to 4 business days**, depending on the city and the carrier. We are not responsible for delays attributable to the shipping company; however, we will accompany the shipping process until final delivery.
Saturday Deliveries
⚠️ We do not dispatch on Saturdays. Orders confirmed after the Friday deadline will be dispatched the next business day.
