The National Development Plan (PND) 2014-2018 “All for a new country”, includes in chapter VIII “Security, justice and democracy for the construction of peace” the guidelines of the National Government regarding addressing the problem of drugs. Objective 5 of the chapter, “Confront the drug problem from a comprehensive and balanced perspective,” establishes the 6 strategies to act against this phenomenon.
