FOLLOW-UP TO THE ACTION PLAN OF THE DISTRICT MENTAL HEALTH POLICY, SOCIAL COEXISTENCE AND ADDRESSING THE CONSUMPTION OF PSYCHOACTIVE SUBSTANCES 2021-2030 - AGREEMENT 0521 OF 2021

The Council of Santiago de Cali adopted on September 30, 2021, the District Policy on Mental Health, Social Coexistence and Addressing the Consumption of Psychoactive Substances "Weaving Caleñidad and Affective Citizenship" (Agreement 0501 of 2021). This public policy is the result of the joint work with multiple public and private actors, individual and collective, who directly or indirectly participated and continue to participate in its formulation and implementation. Weaving caleñidad is synonymous with promoting an inclusive and integrating community of citizens, from the recognition and enjoyment of human rights and mental health rights.
