Before making a purchase in our store, we recommend that you research or ask questions about the product. Contact us for more information, we will be willing to help you find the best vaporizer according to your needs.

All products must be returned within 15 days of the original delivery date.

Uncovered products, whose box has been opened or whose warranty seals have been broken on the packaging, must be in the original condition in which they were received, unused, with all their boxes, accessories and manuals. They are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Additional fees of 10% may be imposed if accessories, parts or other items are missing from the original packaging.

Warranty for defective products

During the 1st year of warranty, all costs associated with international shipping with the manufacturer and national shipping will be covered by BA Vaporizers.

How to return the product for refund or warranty

You will need to have the following information available:

  • The email address used to place the order you wish to return.
  • If your unit is faulty, you will need to upload a picture or send us a video showing the problem.
  • Our team will receive your request and review it in less than 48 hours.
  • You can also provide us with the shipping tracking number.

Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.
