The walnut wood tray, Tray Cloche Stündenglass, is equipped with a polycarbonate hood suitable for infusing foods or different drinks with the extraordinary flavor of steam. Connect the silicone hose to the mouthpiece and the other end to the wooden Tray Cloche tray. Activate the Stündenglass to generate smoke, then rotate it to push the smoke into the bell tray, surrounding your food or drink with flavor and aroma.
The interior height of the balloon is approximately 19cm with a circumference of just over 28cm, perfect for a plate of food or several drinks.
